Address Correction and Standardization

One of the cheapest and easiest ways to save money, and increase revenue is by using clean address data in your Direct Mail marketing campaigns. We use USPS® CASS™ and USPS® NCOALink® solutions to process US address data. And Canada Post SERP Certified address correction and standardization solutions are used for Canadian address data. Canadian NCOA processing also includes Canadian Marketing Association "do not contact" list suppression, and Deceased Person Suppression.

Data Cleansing

Data cleansing can include many types of processes including fixing data elements that have been entered in the wrong field (Ex. first name in the Address 1 field instead of the First Name field), and other more complex processes aimed at identifying and fixing data issues. We can also help you figure out the source of a problem so your IT department can address and correct the problem.
